Privacy Policy
We believe in transparency. Here's exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and who has access — in plain language.
Effective date: June 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- Name— so we know who we're talking to.
- Email address — so we can reply to your inquiry.
- Message — the details of your project or question.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment information, or any data beyond what you explicitly share with us.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Communicate with you about your project, proposals, and deliverables.
- Improve our services based on client feedback and interactions.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We rely on a few trusted third-party services to run our business. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Vercel — hosts our website. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and performance monitoring.
- Supabase — stores contact form submissions in a secure PostgreSQL database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Resend— delivers email notifications when you submit the contact form. Your name, email, and message are transmitted to Resend's API solely for email delivery.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, browser type, approximate location). This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Google Analytics is only loaded when a tracking ID is configured — if no ID is set, no analytics cookies are placed. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts outside of Google Analytics.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and maintain a record of our business relationship. If you'd like us to delete your data, just email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify — correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase — request deletion of your personal data.
- Object — object to processing of your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at zynovari@outlook.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, stored in an access-controlled database, and only accessible to Zynovari team members who need them to serve you.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date below. Significant changes will be noted prominently. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
